The first picture is of a brochure advertising a work out program for people wanting to reach their goals. I think that the CRAP principle applies here in every way. The contrast is great and the colors used are very intense and good for working out and motivating people. The contrast is good because every fold has a different color which makes it stand out. The repetition is used a lot by using exactly four colors; black, yellow, red and white. They're all used very often. The alignment looks good; there are bullet points and everything is very lined up. Finally, the proximity is good in that it is spread out and grouped into different sections that give different information about the program.

The second picture is promoting open office. I found it to be kind of slow and boring but it is promoting a computer website so i'm not sure how exciting it could get, I think the contrast is okay with the blue background and white writing. Repetition is only found using one color which is the white writing. The alignment was the only thing that stuck out to me because the words are tightly aligned on the moon or circle which catching the eye the most. Finally, I couldn't see any good example of proximity in this poster.

The final picture is advertising a free family event about food fun and fitness! I find the colors of this to be very intriguing and perfect for the concept. The contrast is great because the green is actually a background picture of a hill and the writing is white yellow and blue. Repetition is used often with the different color schemes; the sky is blue and the writing is blue, the sun is yellow and orange and so is more of the writing. The alignment is very good and it looks very organized. They have FOOD FUN and FITNESS all in a line with the F's.
